Welcome to Wildwood,
Wildwood German Shepherds possess superior temperament, are socialized with children and other animals, and most importantly, are lovingly cared for. We do not breed for numbers or sales. Our breedings pay homage to and aim to continually improve the breed.
Our dogs are raised as Texans, but they are bred of the finest European bloodlines. Wildwood German Shepherds are meticulously selected, trained, and loved here. They are beautiful, strong, intelligent, steadfast and proven.
People and animals cohabitate here under the trees. We’re all in it together. From whitetails to the whip-poor-wills, we enjoy them all. On the rocky hill overlooking wildwood pond, we literally share our home with the kings of these woods, the world-class German Shepherds of Wildwood.
We are Neal and Amanda Weaver and our boys, Kolten and Ivy. We work and play and worship (not always in that order) with our Shepherds. They are family. Perhaps a Wildwood Shepherd will bless your home some day just as they do ours.

Family is central to Wildwood, and we work as a team, but we are not isolated in this journey.
We cooperate with premier breeders and GSD lovers around the world in order to reach our goals and elevate this wonderful breed of dogs.
We work together with first-class veterinary professionals and trainers to ensure health and an appropriate progression for each dog. We research and collaborate continuously in order to plan pairings.
Wildwood bloodlines originate from the best of the best in Europe and the world. There are many beautiful dogs, but a Wildwood German Shepherd beauty is also a progression of the breed.
